At RAHAVE, all perfumes and fragrance products are hygiene-sensitive items. For safety and authenticity reasons, **opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund.** Once an order is successfully placed and shipped, we do not offer monetary refunds.
Exchange Policy
We only offer replacements in case of transit damage, leakage, broken bottle, or wrong product delivery. You must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
